I made an older Inquisition for my second playthrough. Once the game is patched to the point I can play again, I'll show you a sunburnt, scar-faced Trevellan whose hit the bottle too many times long after the last candle burned out.

Show off your wrinkles, your sunburnt skin, and your faded out irises in this thread! And share any other tips for subtly "aging" the inquisitor. I like to play older PCs, and I'm always looking for new ideas.
Work the shadows around the eyes and soften your cheek bones.

I've been trying to make a weathered, warrior elven inquisitor.

I haven't got it right just yet. I think I need to start with a different head to get closer to the look I want, but I'm getting there.

And my Qunari (who is sadly deleted at the moment)

Frostbite really improves the look of old and (especially) middle-aged heroes, IMO. We're getting to a point where older complexions look interesting rather than comical.
It's now possible to make someone in their 40s or 50s without having to choose between "fresh face of a 20 year old" and "wrinklepocalypse, probably 80+". I love that.

I don't have an old Inquisitor to show off here, but I'm just wondering...I read somewhere that characters like Solas and Cassandra are older - near or in their 40's. Solas doesn't really look it (note, not a wrinkle nor crinkle) so just how old IS a wizened elf with crows feet? 60's?

As a smuggler/spymaster Cadash, I was inspired to RP her after Judi Dench's portrayal of "M" in the James Bond series. Went with the artificer spec to toss out spy gadgets bombs and traps. After siding with templars and asking Dorian if he was a venatori spy, his snarky response was, "But I am the ideal spy: charming, clever, perfect teeth and hair. It all fits. How about this: let me help and and you can hang me later, if you wish. I look good in rope." Welcome to the Inquisition, 007. Your timing is impeccable.

All in all, one of my more memorable games. Enjoyed the character.

To be fair, Solas has gotten a lot of beauty sleep.I don't have an old Inquisitor to show off here, but I'm just wondering...I read somewhere that characters like Solas and Cassandra are older - near or in their 40's. Perhaps, once the game is over and your inquisitor has a chance to nap, they too will have the smooth skin of youth. I hear that the credits are just the right length for a nap.
