Hello.

Didnt find another way to contact Bioware support. Any other support link goes to EA. I contacted them allready and we came to the conclusion that i should ask Bioware first before we merge 2 origin accounts.

As i said i have 2 origin accounts. That happened because i used another email account for registering at the bioware social plattform and i diddnt know that it would be useful someday to use the same email as for my main origin/EA account.

So i have Dragon Age Origins, Inquisition (because i want/need the connection to DAO thanks to your keep) and Mass Effect 2 to the account i logged in for this thread.

And i have SWTOR, Mass Effect 3 and many other EA games on my main account.

The question is: How can i merge this 2 accounts without losing the archivements, heroes, etc.?

EA support said that i should contact Bioware so they can "disable" my SWTOR account. Then they can move it without losing all of my stuff...

Is this possible for my other games too?

EA said they cant move my new DAI game. Dont know why.

So ME3 and SWTOR (and all other games) should to be moved to my "newer" account. Can someone disable ME3 and SWTOR so they can move it? And how can i contact someone of Bioware-support to do it? I cant contact only the SWTOR support if i need the same for ME3 too. Or isnt it possible for ME3?

This chaos with the different accounts for origin and bioware is very confusing and frustrating...

Greetings

Markus

Only EA can do that. Not bioware, the only things they can do is with your forum account.

EA said Bioware has to disable my SWTOR game so they can move it without losing all my chars and stuff. And in other games Bioware has its own network like "Cerberus" in which i have to login and there is the "Bioware social" site.

If i log into the social site with my main account in which i have registered ME3 in Origin the Bioware site doesnt say i own ME3. So it looks like there isnt any direct connection between the databases. So no, i dont think only EA can help me, i need the help of both. :-(

The bioware social network uses EA accounts.

SWTOR isnt handled on these forums.
