Probably wishful thinking, but some of things I'd really like to see are:

 

1) The ability to name the mounts - I mean, I can name my armour, my weapons, etc ... why can't I name my horsies?!

 

2) A clip library - I'd really love to be able to go back and rewatch some of the cut scenes when I want to see them!

 

3) Storage chest!

 

4) De-glitch the Hinterlands 12th mosaic piece!

 

and basically, DLC-wise - I'd love to see different areas opened up, like an Imperium expansion, a Fereldan (proper) expansion, Nevarra, etc ... also, like the Origins DLC, I'd love to be able to play as Team Evil!

 

Like I said, a lot of wishful thinking - but it can't hurt to speak up!

Just give me that damn DLC that is supposedly will add changing my look whenever the hell I want for start.

And cities... god damn we have a lot of wilderness, and a town the size of a thimble in redcliff, and val royeaux, capital of orlais, is the smallest map in the game. The temple in god of secrets, which had nothing inside it but a despair demon with extra hit points, is bigger than the capital of orlais... i was kind of bummed out.
