Are better tier weapon locked after certain events in the game or region locked ? i dont want to unwilling unlock a region with better gear and brease through the game since there is no level scalling.
Also do resource scale ? i aske becouse i unlocked hinterlands and cullen say two types of metal mine but only brings back onyx, in the mire map he does bring back the two diferent stones.
