can profiles be merged?

I've tried contacting someone through email us and game support but continue to not get a responce. I have two profiles, connected to the same email address. can these profiles be merged? I have the same game linked to both accounts, but only the features on this profile show up in game. I had created the second profile recently (3 months ago when I first tried to contact the social bioware team, the instructions were not clear to check an EA profile beforehand, I had this old profile set up at EA from years ago. can i get my redemptions transfered or am I just screwed? this whole process of trying to contact anyone to answer my question has been very frustrating, I've since concluded that along with bungie (who never responded to anything I tried to get resolved) is among the worst user friendly websites on the net.

can I please get an answer to my question, can profiles, or more importantly, the redemptions be merged together? can I then delete the accidental profile so there is no more confusion?

You should be able to contact EA support about transferring entitlements.

I have emailed ea support twice and both times my question was deleted. what am i doing wrong? my brother just had the same problem with his mass effect 2 that i had with dragon age. what platform/game/category do i need to submit my problems too? this has been very frustrating and we are about ready to sell all our ea and bioware stuff for the simple fact that we cannot get a 'simple issue' resolved.

I wouldn't e-mail them at all. Use live chat or phone support. E-mail is just too slow.

I accidentally created two accounts and wanted to have them merged. When I contacted the EA support they said it isn't possible. But it is possible to have your redemptions transferred if you have activated them on the wrong account. And I agree with Snoteye, using the live chat is much faster!
