is there going to be any single player dlc, new story missions or a location or something, possibly some new high beasts to fight?
some ideas i had,
SP.
king of the giants questline, an animal training skill tree for archer, a time mage class (not only slows down time speeds up time so much that enemies grow old and die instantly), a qunari area with some new qunari armour.
MP
a new multiplayer area / dungeon, if possible a new type of enemy (even white claw raiders or something)
a dragon fight if possible
and for 2200/3000 a chest that gives you 5 items but has a higher chance to drop rare and legendary items or weapons.

these are just ideas i don't even know how likely it is that there will be a dlc, if everyone wants to just say what they think of these ideas maybe its something that might be do able i obviously don't expect anything out of this but why not put the ideas out there :)

I just want Solas DLC... :(

There will definitely be DLC at some point, probably in another few months though. I'm expecting about 3 pieces of single player DLC. I really hope we get some post ending some, I've never seen the point of extra content that takes place during the game. I already know what happens next, so what's the point of playing...?

I agree 100 % on the Solas DLC. It would make total sense - "Solas Hunt" ;).

I was thinking about this today. I think it would be interesting to have an expansion centred in Nevarra set after the death of Markus Pentaghast. With Nevarra falling into civil war, a new villain (perhaps one of the Venatori) exploits the chaos in order to amass an undead army (or perhaps simply let Nevarra's walking corpses run rampant, believing that Thedas should be destroyed if Corypheus cannot rule it). It would feature new types of undead created by Mortilitasi experimentation.

Here's my DLC wishlist:

Wolf Hunt (Search for Solas)

Warden's Calling (Help the HoF Cure the Calling)

A DLC focused on the Qunari

And a DLC focused on The Dwarfs

Wolf Hunt is a terrible name. And I wouldn't want a DLC about wandering in the forest aimlessly looking for Solas. There has to be a reason. The best setting for that would be an Arlathvehn. A gathering or meeting between all the Dalish clans in Thedas.

The bolded one would make an excellent DLC :D. At least one that I would buy in a heartbeat. Players whose Wardens are no longer with us could maybe create a new Warden. I`m just one of the die-hard fans who can't let go of their favorite character.

I was thinking that if the HoF died S/He would be replaced with the Warden from Awakening.

I waited 8 years to import my W 7 party to W 8.

Now it's about time to see my DA:O Warden again...

Agree 100%

yes I agree as well. ME2 had perfect DLC. ME3 and DA2 was just a waste of time. Obviously the DLCs themselves were good, but it didn't build on the story properly.

ME3 was all about fixing a broken story retroactively. Leviathan added much needed foreshadowing and context that was nowhere to be found in the ending... Wait did I just pay 15$ to get the full story?? Citadel DLC was the apology DLC for not focusing on character closure in the game's actual ending. Omega was just meandering. It added absolutely nothing to the game. It took you back into a story you had already finished. Just like Leviathan except it added nothing to improve the story.

DA2's Mark of The Assassin was great, but again, just a side story that did not do anything to move the plot forward. Legacy introduced a villain to be used in the next game. Yay story context gating 15$. Oh they changed him completely in Inquisition...? Okay then. Whatever. A WASTE OF TIME.

DLCs are just not interesting unless they take place after the plot or if they let you explore completely different characters, like Leliana's Song or the one where you play as Alistair.

There has been no word on single player DLC yet, they did say that multiplayer DLC will be coming out first. With patches, especialy for PC, it will be awhile especially if you are hoping for a proper expansion.

so if they are coming out with patches does that mean the MP dlc is free?

Patches right now seem to be geared towards stability issues. The PC version of the game is still wonky, especially if you have a Nvidia card.

Mostly if you have SLI and your settings are default.

I only have one gpu, and the settings are not default. I have a GTX 980, an i5-4690K, an ASUS Z97-AR motherboard, and 8 gigs of ram. I'm still having frame rate issues--if my Inquisitor faces a certian  way etc. the game freezes up.Every once in a while the music will cut out, but I will still have sound effects. It's ridiculous.

Geez that is ridiculous! I had no idea! Your specs are really good too!

In my eyes DA 2 was a complete game with all the DLCs. Finally a bit more game-time than 20-30 hours.

Nevertheless, I agree, that it feels stupid to play the DLC after a game was finished.

I started a new game with a new Hawke and everything was fine.

A DLC for DA:I should continue the events like DA:Awakening did.

I'd wait a year if it meant we got something closer to an expansion instead of a one and done DLC.

Also the Architect would most likely appear in that DLC
