Also the Architect would most likely appear in that DLC

I hope so, too.

To my mind, Lair of the Shadowbroker was the best written DLC I've ever seen. It was well-paced with great content and gameplay and it deepened Liara's story considerably.   Awakenings was a great expansion, and Bioware made a big mistake in not continuing Nathaniel's and Sigrun's stories. Those were two great characters who seem to have been left behind.

I'd love to see a DLC that takes us into the Deep Roads in a big way and expands our knowledge of early Dwarven history and culture. There's something big in their past that we haven't touched yet.  I also want to find out what happened to Solas/Dread Wolf.  Yes, I would like to find a way to reverse the "Calling" and taint  in Wardens.

You know, I could very well see the awakening wardens come into play to the whole curing the calling business. As far as I know, we have no idea what the awakening wardens are up to at the moment. Leliana states early on in DAI that the ferelden and orlesian wardens have dissapeared, then later on we deal with the orlesian ones at Adamt.

Which begs the question, where are the ferelden ones and what are they doing?

There was a mod made for Dragon Age Origins that was about finding a cure for the taint. I did try it but I didn't finish it. I can't even remember what it was called...so long ago.

Having just finished DAI I would definitely love some DLC/expansion to expand the story/game. I loved the game overall but would welcome some more story-focused quests that make the best use of the locations. Or the war table provides an easy way to introduce new areas and missions

I would like to see:

- An Orzammar/Deep Roads expansion. I loved this in DAO and missed the Dwarfs in DAI. So I would pay good money to see how Orzammar would look in the new engine. Ideally (for me anyway) you would get a combination of city politics/shops etc and deep road, Thaig raids. You could combine it with the Hero seeking the cure for the calling if we needed another hook.

- A return to Denirim. Given (a) how much time we spent there in DAO, and (B) how little actual cityscapes there were in DAI, I think a large bustling city would provide a real change of pace and scenery. Politics, gangs, pubs, the Pearl, there would be large scope to get creative with plots in a big town. Plus we could see how it has changed post DAO. Failing that I would still like to see some other cities, so maybe Val Royeaux (what little there was of it) or Kirkwall?

- An ME3 citadel-style DLC where we got to spend more time with each of the characters and romances. Maybe an extra companion quest each and extra cutscenes/interaction/banter? And a bit more post-game interaction as well, they’ve basically shut me down post-game! Maybe combine it with more Skyhold options, there is a lot of acreage there.

- A proper romance with Scout Harding!

- A storage chest.

- New schematics and materials, and high level weapons and armour. Not just talking about upgraded stats, I mean new looks. And some decent hats.

- Expand the Inquisitor skill tree. It only had one power, albeit a very powerful one.

- Head to the land of the venatori. So much heard about, so little glimpsed.

My two cents anyway!

Wolf Hunt is a terrible name. And I wouldn't want a DLC about wandering in the forest aimlessly looking for Solas. There has to be a reason. The best setting for that would be an Arlathvehn. A gathering or meeting between all the Dalish clans in Thedas.

Hopefully incorporating the Eluvians and crossroads. There definitely needs to be more behind them, how they relate to history and 'what really happened'.

In my eyes DA 2 was a complete game with all the DLCs. Finally a bit more game-time than 20-30 hours.

Nevertheless, I agree, that it feels stupid to play the DLC after a game was finished.

I started a new game with a new Hawke and everything was fine.

A DLC for DA:I should continue the events like DA:Awakening did.

Particularly the third act, which was the briefest of the lot. I never play MotA or Legacy until Act 3, since I feel that it's the only part of the game where these stories really make sense (like how Tallis will point out that Hawke is basalit-an).

I bet there will be some item/schematic packs or cosmetic packs (more skyhold/ball outfits maybe) in the near future. I'm hoping for a Skyhold DLC that lets us to additional customization / fully repair it. A minigame DLC would be neat, actually playing Wicked Grace, Chess or something (Fix up the Crestwood Tavern!). A specialization pack would be cool. I doubt we would get Blood Mage or Shapeshifter but those would be what I want for mage, bring back Bard for the rogues, and Berserker back for warriors.

Story DLC I would expect in March / April. No idea what they will do. I'm wagering they are saving the Solas stuff for the last DLC to keep folks interested as long as possible and bridge DA:I into DA:4.

Here's my DLC wishlist:

Wolf Hunt (Search for Solas)

Warden's Calling (Help the HoF Cure the Calling)

A DLC focused on the Qunari

And a DLC focused on The Dwarfs

We probably won't get more than two story DLC's, so I'd say Solas and the Calling.

I'd like a story and character-focused DLC set in a city (doesn't really matter which one) and I'd like it to be long (not just a 45 min one).

A Solas DLC would be nice, too, unless they're saving that for the next DA game.

How long after the release of the previous games did we get dlc before?

Edit: Some more hairstyles would be nice, too.

There will definitely be DLC at some point, probably in another few months though. I'm expecting about 3 pieces of single player DLC. I really hope we get some post ending some, I've never seen the point of extra content that takes place during the game. I already know what happens next, so what's the point of playing...?

.
I recently read somewhere that no singleplayer DLC was planned. Maybe to keep the exitement? I sure hope not.
Is multiplayer really so profitable these days? A good story isn't interesting? I can't believe that.

As for wishes I'd really like to have something with Halamshiral. 'Wicked Eyes And Wicked Hearts' was the best map of all.
And I would appreciate to meet Celene again. There is something about this character.

Naw, there's definitely going to be single player DLC. :)

Microsoft actually has a timed exclusive deal on the first piece of single player DLC ( :( ) so we know it's coming.

About ME 2 I think the same as about DA II: with all the DLC, especially the shadowbroker, it became a complete game with a game time of 50+ hours instead of the 20-30 for the "raw" game.

About "Awakening":

as far as I know, this was the last classical expansion for a BW-game. Since then we only had DLCs.

A pity in my eyes. I loved the "stand alone" expansions (remember MotB or SoZ? :) ).

And then there is the thing, I will never understand: They created at least two noteworthy characters - I liked the elven mage, too, so for me it's three - and then seemingly dumped them. It's like DA:I without Morrigan and / or Leliana and / or Varric / Hawke.

I really hope, there will be something for the mentioned ones in a NEAR future. My guess: They reappear with the architect.

How about a DLC where you play as the warden one last time and cure the calling? At the beginning you could recreate your warden and choose your voice and then your free to go on one last adventure with him/her.

I'd really rather not. If there's going to be DLC for this game, it should get as much out of the current cast as it can, rather than putting that aside for a past protagonist that already had a number of DLC AND a full expansion. At the most, if we were to deal with the Warden's calling cure, it would involve the Inquisitor, and the Warden remains an NPC. But you know people will crow that the Warden was ruined no matter what.
