I am really hoping we can purchase some weapon, armor, and customization packs (hair, Skyhold décor, storage chests etc). Any rumors as to if and when...

I don't care about a campaign  dlc at this time - that can wait IMO

I want to customize,... please Bioware

:)

I'm fairly certain they will, but not for another few months or so.

I honestly don't see how Bioware could charge for (in good conscience anyway) the ability to change your Inquisitor's appearance (post initial CC), Skyhold decor or a Storage Chest.  All of those should have been included in vanilla DAI.  One of the theories about the relatively limited hair options (especially long hair for females) is that long hair would pose clipping problems for the Frostbite Engine.  IIRC the Black Emporium (which let you change appearance in DA2) was released for free.  So, we will likely get something along the lines of a Mirror in the Inquisitor's Bedroom in Skyhold and probably a Storage Chest there as well.  However, I could understand Bioware charging for additional Armor / Weapons and / or additional Armor / Weapon Schematics that are not currently available in DAI.  Whatever Bioware ends up doing with DLC for DAI, I just hope they don't go the Oblivion "Horse Armor" route.  That was just "crap"...
