How to remove blood stains aside from removing and re-equiping armors? and how to avoid receiving blood stains.

Disable them in the Options. Blood will only appear on your character while fighting.

I think you always get blood stains, but you can toggle whether they persist after combat in the game options

The blood stains are fine but don't you think they overdone it? Even with just one single enemy It covers the entire body my character with blood, including the back... and the face was like all covered in blood splat. LOL
