To be fair, the bandits on the Storm Coast were the original 'octuplets'. The brothers "Hessarian".
They all look exactly alike. How can they not be related??
Human enemies in origins and da2 were individuals... Anyone else sick of mages with flying books?

Well if are talking twins, there are twins at the Haven too and not just some random walking by NPC, they are shown in the cut scene where a Mage is arguing with the Templar in front of the Chantry.

Now that you mention it.. it DOES appear that all the warriors in Thedas were breed by the same 4 couples.
Damn.. they got BUSY!!
