Does anyone know if the staff of parthalan from Dragon Age 2 is in DA:I?

I don't think it exists in game, but you can craft a staff that looks like it

You can craft one that look like it.

Archmage Staff with Acolyte staff sword, I forget the grip name but it is in game.

It will lack of red color on crystal and the grip is more pale than the real one in DA2.

Yes it exists but its cosmetic and cannot be used, i found it in Exalted Plains above a water fall near the Dalish camp. (quite a way)
