I killed 2 of the 3 dragons at emprise du lion in a row. But after the 2nd my inventory was full. So i fast travelled back to suledin keep and i sold some gear to the merchant. But when i came back at the location where i killed that 2nd dragon the loot was gone.

Is there any chance to recover those items i didn't took or do i have to do it all over again?

Uncertain, but believe the loot is gone unless one reloads and replays the encounter. Personally, I destroy a few of the minor trinkets in Valuables to accommodate other gear, at least until a container is added via DLC or mods.

I agree we need a storage of some kind in Haven/Skyhold and, instead of the destroy option, one that says Storage and will send the item to your storage. Even if that were in the vault and, you only got it if you unlocked the vault, it would make the vault useful at least.
