Good point but the tilted and weighted base of the jack boot works fairly well.
Really depends on your taste, I guess they'd work with the right outfit. But they're too loose and clumsy for my taste.

Who are these "people" who hate Tevinter and why should we care about them?
Blood magic might not be inherently evil (I often argued it was not in Merrill debates, back in the day) but very, very few use it responsibly.
I. Blood magic is often resorted to out of desperation, and in a culture where the lust for power is so overwhelming that means it'll be resorted to fairly often by those who are actually less skilled at magic.
II. Blood magic does make someone more vulnerable to demons. All well and good if you're skilled at dealing with them, but see number I.
Blood magic would have far less catastrophic results when used, if people were allowed to openly study and experiment with it, instead of having to research behind close doors, without teachers/instructors and being "able" to use it only when the templars are about to seize them.

Because before long Tevinter will exist no more.

You funny.
Look folks, this is clearly a fashion thread now. Get with the program.

Aye.
No doubt
Honestly, I hate Tevinter because I'm a Fenris fan. I was done at "slavery." I barely tolerate Orlais after hearing how Leliana talked about elves in DAO.
Definately the same. Dorian is a nice guy and all, but everytime he mentions Tevinter being "not that bad" I'm like. Shut your mouth. You damaged Fenris, your argument is invalid...
