Does anyone know if the Champion's ability "To the Death" is canceled by a second tank's regular taunt?  I.E. if a champion uses 'To the Death' on a dragon, but then a second warrior uses Challenging Shout, Warcry, or Payback Strike w/ taunt upgrade, does it cancel the 'To the Death' ability and stacking damage?

 

Using other taunts doesn't cancel To the Death. However they will redirect threat.

So not sure when it happened, but I'm starting to get translucent red fiery wings after combat.   I admit these pictures really don't do it justice.  I should get fraps or something to show it.  Anyone know what could be causing it.  I don't see an obvious buff.  I just have the livid lightning and fire wings.

I think that's from Livid, maybe getting stuck? Like how Ice Armor gets stuck?

Livid gives the red lightning. It gives wings too?

Wings yes. At least when I asked someone where the wings came from in a video they made, they said Livid. I've never used Livid on any build yet, so can't say first hand.

Wings come with livid buff, depending on its strength. Wings seem to start from the 3rd stack.

Does Lightning Cage (upgrade of Static Cage) proc FT Masterworks? That is, the bonus hit, not the original hit. For example, if I Energy Barrage a target in a Lightning Cage, do I get 12 proc rolls or 24?

The extra damage from Lightning Cage (and Tethering Cage for that matter) doesn't trigger anything that procs on hit or on critical hit.

Would it be possible to create a reddit specifically for DAI?  The current one encompasses all of dragon age and it's hard to find information.  Really what I need is some way to save all the important threads that are in this forum.  GAH!

If it's possible to have a sub just for Solasmancing (/r/solasmancers), I would say chances are good.

But, my vote is to go with the fextralife wiki. It already has a forum set up, though it's going through an overhaul, so don't judge it by it's current look/feel. Since the fextralife wiki already is oriented towards guides and reference content, it seems like a better fit. And it doesn't have Wikia's "no original research" restriction.

I've exchanged a couple of messages with Fexelea, so some contingency planning has started. I don't have any affiliation with fextralife, other than being a fan of the site, it's War Table missions page is still my go-to reference. It has much better organization than Wikia. Only problem is that it hasn't been updated for DLC yet.

It's early days, though, and there's still time. Worst case, the Combat forum can be scraped and archived after it goes read-only.

Yes. But I plan to cherry-pick my reference content posts and rehost them somewhere. Hopefully on fextralife, but maybe on a blog. I'm less concerned about content where there is an active poster (like this one), as opposed to orphaned stuff where the original poster hasn't signed on in years. It's easier to port if you have access to the original BBCode, but if all that is available is copy and paste of the rendered content, so be it. It's better than losing it altogether.
