Yeah, fantasizing about how she looks and feels naked. Very gentlemanly of him.

And? The person I replied to said he was nothing but a gentleman. That is not the act of a gentleman.
^ Though, it's not bad that he does that it's just not that gentlemanly of him.
Debatable.

Go away you hater Varric x Cassandra is better than The shoehorned Blackwall x Joise parring.
Both would be shoehorned and make no sense
Both would be shoehorned and make no sense
Not really, I could actually see it but that's just me. However I agree that it could be shoehorned in to a story if not done correctly.
Varric isn't even attracted to humans along with still being in love with Bianca
Edit: just saw your edit lol

Actually, that incorrect their was a secne that suggested Varric was going to be Hawke's optional LI but it got cut for reasons. And the writers only put him with Bianaca who I might add was hinted at being dead in the comics in the game to show off why he wasn't a LI in DA:I. Though I am not Varricmancer, even I could see the writing on the walls with that quest.
I've been hearing that scene was fan created lately, by it got cut and there's that line Varric apparently says to a femHawke like "if only you wasn't human" (paraphrasing)

lol@cutcontentbeingcanon, even if this is true.
Why did you have to say that?
Because it's...true? ![]()

Aaargh, I really don't want to get into this debate again, but a person is capable of being incredibly respectful towards someone while still indulging in fantasies about them. Fantasies hurt nobody, and are restricted to one's own mind. They are not wrong, and cannot and should not be repressed so long as you are not unwelcomely forcing them on someone else. And moralizing about what goes on in the privacy of a person's thoughts is unhelpful.
The fact that Blackwall fantasizes about Josephine does not make him a bad person. It makes him a man who is attracted to a woman. The only reason we know any of this is because Cole was being a bit nosy, and Blackwall immediately tells him to cut it out. There is no indication that his attentions towards Josephine are unwelcome, or that he foists his fantasies upon her. He is, all in all, very respectful and thinks very highly of her. In short, he acts like a gentleman in all matters that concern Josephine.
Right from the horse's mouth. But I suppose the fandom knows best. (Disgusted noises)

- Dorian: So Varric, are you and Cassandra... ?
- Varric: What? No! Why would you even ask that?
- Dorian: Truly? Bizarre.
- Cassandra: I'm right here!
- Varric: Just because two people dislike each other doesn't mean they're about to kiss, Sparkler.
- Dorian: Not according to your books.
- Varric: Don't mistake me for that hack who wrote Hard in Hightown II. I can spell.
Bah, not like Blackwall's the only one fantasizing. Given the way Josephine was staring at Bull's 'goods' in his romance scene I'm willing to bet she does more than her fair share of that herself. ![]()

Josephine isn't evil in every single way, i.e. she is not Blackwall, and she is personified perfection, i.e. she is Josephine, Snook. Therefore your opinion is invalid.

Roger that.
...I'll just go and fantasize about Blackwall rubbing his beard against my face or something...

I'm sorry what?
Cullens attitude is typical for a millitary minded person,Blackwall disdains the Game, yes. However he does understand courtly Orlesian culture, and is shown to be adept at courting in the manner that is expected by noble Orlesian society (anonymous love notes, gifts, professions of passion but little face-to-face talking). He's acting the part of the gallant Chevalier to his lady, and that's a role that Cullen would be unwilling to play. Cullen likes it when people don't beat around the bush, in both professional and personal matters.
Well, it is said in game by cullen that leliana has a softspot/blindspot for wardens.....he is murderer,liar...plus he killed entire family pretty much all to put person on gaurd.
....Inquisitor on another hand by most player is usually two-goodie shoe that just happen to have series of unluck on his/her way and he/she is not fit for "innocent Josie"?
Leliana has amazing logic of who to keep an eye on and who is perfect man for her friend.Really amazing logic.

I'm just saying if my dreams and perfection had a child, Josephine would be that child.
