Posting this in yet another place in the forum. Perhaps this time someone will help me with a suggestion.
After patch 2, my game started stuttering if I plug in a controller. It's a Gamestop Xbox 360 controller, but I think the problem lies not in the controller, but in the patch. I was able to play the patchless game to the end with little problems apart from the occasional DirectX crash on Ultra settings.
Does anyone have any idea why this could be? I detest the UI and I don't want to play with mouse and keyboard if I can avoid it.
I have a mind that this issue is pretty simple and that a workaround can help me, but I don't know where to start from or who to ask.
