Like the title says. because they are not any help at all. I am looking for some help for a platinum purchase I made... I know you guys are a division of EA but please read this.

you: no error came up at all, just a chest spawned... nothing came out, waited 15 minutes, reset the game, still nothing. I even reset my xbox incase it was an issue, and still nothing, just an empty chest staring at me.. and no update. I said it had DL'ed the info... but nothing happened

you: no it did not, I have never had an xbox game ask me for a product code... it usually installs it to the HD

you: it is a genuine product, i made an in game purchase and it did not provide me with it, I am confused as to why i would contact a store I bought the game from when the fault is withing the purchasing component of the game??

So yeah since it is a Bioware game I would hope some help can be found here instead of the aforementioned crap.
