I still think they should undo the nerf, but increase the cooldown of Rampage by 15 seconds.  That way the Reaver still has a downside once you min-max your crit chance, but can actually DO SOMETHING on anything above Routine.

They probably could have fixed/balanced the class by just making the abilities do what the tooltip says...the healing and health cost of Dragon Rage were clearly wrong.
