You will likely also want to capture item level.

So do we have any idea on if the victory chest has a higher quality % drop rate over a normal large / commendation chest? If it's just the same, I don't see why they'd see the need to have a different name for it other than just the normal commendation chest.

Yes (Pc) are getting the "Victory chest" as of now 

 

Well frankly and this is a theory so not confirmed, but I don't think the game has any code for special chest beside different names for the same chest.

 

Commendation chest, victory chest, large chest all give you the same one.

Commendation chest has been stated to have better drop rates even if only slightly. It seems your guaranteed at-least 1 ilvl20 and a rare or an ilvl20 rare or above even. I'd assume Victory chests are similar.

You still sound sad. I don't understand why your so invested in what's happening on another platform that has nothing to do with you. Anyways if it will help. When my hunter goes an extra 2 pairs of hands and i can equip the 3rd longbow of griffon i got(thank you hacker, kind gift really) I'll hop on over to whatever platform your playing and put you out of your misery. Alternatively, just get over it.
