Haven't seen any social network announcements, but I downloaded almost 400 megabytes today for a 'required update'. I wonder what the notes will be.

 

Current guess is the Elven Ruins Destruction Route. Time will tell!

If its not popping up right click on the game icon in origin and select check for updates to force it.

 

I'm on Pc and got like 91 Mb today. Small patch fixing the other patch???

edit: while initial number was ~370(something), the current update info says 'updating x of 70.82mb'.

400MB? r u sure m8? i´m not sure, but i think it was only about 70-80, cant say for sure, my wife was barking at me about something:-) but i havent seen any annoucement so i´m curious about it:-)

my game already was patched with Patch 3and DLC installed, so maybe its bigger for people without DLC?

They fixed the crosshair scaling lol - large crosshair visual glitched is removed

Kind of not very polite to make us download a digital update(and I don't know about you, but my DAI wouldn't load without it) and not even tell us what kind of update it is.

Probably the hot fix for the last patch... I would expect the patch is released tomorrow for consoles (I assumed they would use you pc players as guinea pigs to work out the bugs that come inevitibly with any game update before releasing it for the consoles)

Just to confirm for anyone else, I just logged into the DA servers from the DA:I menu, and then checked disc management, and nothing is downloading, so whatever it is seems to be for PC only.

Maybe it is for the new elven destruction map that they had forgotten to put in.

I'd still give them the chest, but I'd punish them by releasing another patch for PC.

I like that they're turning out small patches to the game quickly and frequently. It makes me feel like stuff is being done about the bugs.

Wish I could say anything on the matter, but so far I had 5 failed connection attempts  and 1 'successful' connection with a dead-stuck character (ongoing run, no visible UI, no move\jump\sprint, not even the 'menu\start' pad button working)....

I rescind my previous assertion that pc players are cheetahs and replace it with this one, and I for one thank the pc'ers.

I can't imagine, given the size, that it's exclusive for MP.

 

In fact, I would actually doubt that it has much to do with MP, at all. I'm guessing it's mostly stuff like crafted shields (which have been fixed by the patch, confirmed by a friend) mouse pointer, and walk toggle type stuff.
