Mine had 2 rares, but both below equipped items.
It's fine.
It's random.
From what some are saying it is dropping at a higher quality.
But you might get 5 Raider Longswords and 5 potions...

What you did is plain wrong. We are not supposed to OPEN this chest. It is supposed to be kept in vault as proof of our "victory".
Schrodingers cat, before you open the box, any reality can be possible inside, 20+ unique weapons, HoK rings.

I will say I did get 3 blues out of just that one chest. Admittedly they were like a couple of level sixes and a regular fire rune but still 3 blues man!

That doesn't guarantee each chest contains one, does it? 
Though to test the theory it would be interesting if anyone got a schematic?

Maybe the chance of getting a schematic is like 0.001%
Even if you get one, its more likely to be a schematic to craft the stock weapon lol

This is funny because most purples and high lvl blues have NO ROOM for crafted upgrades. And possibility that crafted weapons will be better than ones from RNG equals 0.

Yeah, I think I'm done with DAMP. No schematics as a reward yet. No comment on the absent map variant. No apologies from Bioware of any kind. Maybe in a few months it will be as good as they keep claiming, but for now it just has too many issues (including the lack of proper communication).

How would you know?
Maybe someone fed up with DAMP decided to apply his life too something more productive after the victory chest bad item turn out and eventually will find a cure for cancer and better cheap long term energy

I am sure they just don't yet have the ability to give schematics as loot.
Just like the delay with fixing the key bug and others, you can blame the Christmas release schedule.

A ring that said HOK 10%, not sure what those are all about
A shield with a lions face on as well.
A dagger called Blade of Red something or other.

Apparently releasing a product before a major holiday allows for lower quality standards, delayed patches, and the omission of content. It's probably why so many developers try to release at that time every year. The more you know...
EDIT: I'm still not sure how this is the 'better' support over ME3 MP that Bioware promised. I must be taking them out of context or something. I hear there's a lot of that going around lately.
