Class or the belief thing? Cause people def asked for the belief thing.
Class deciding romance options. I should have been more specific.

Well that is not really realistic (and I know, this is a game, but BW strives for believable characters). I don't know about you, but no matter how much I like my male friends, I still would turn them down
Objections and preferences are integral parts of the characters, just as ourselves. They wouldn't be the same characters anymore and having all of them (or majority of them) "bi" would not fit the game well in my opinion.
Your right, if there's one thing I hate in a game where I run an entire inquisition, fight demons and dragons and wield earth shattering magic - it's a lack of realism. Lol. Seriously though, all kidding aside, from a gameplay standpoint it would be a simple fix and it would open up a lot of roleplay opportunities.
I got back from PAX yesterday and had a chance to talk to some of the DAI devs and sit in on panels while there. As far as I'm understanding from what they said, they wrote characters first and purposefully ignored romance for a while when developing. When they finally started talking about romance, they wanted from the get-go for there to be 2 straight (Cassandra/Blackwall), 2 bi (Josephine/Cullen), and 2 gay (Sera/Dorian) characters for romancing. Then there's Cullen and Solas (both straight, but restricted in the races they'll romance with). Sexuality is such an integral part of a person that I was happy to see them go in this direction, with characters being actually gay and actually bi without having their sexuality dictated by whether or not the player romanced them. DA2 always felt a little off for me because everyone is openly bisexual, when in real life that's not the case. As for distribution, yeah it would be awesome to have more non-human romances (*coughVarriccough*), but I also understand why that's also not the case. So far, outside a stint in Orzammar in DAO, we have yet to explore any nations or areas that aren't run by humans. Humans seem to be the overwhelming majority, be they Tevinter, Ferelden, Orlesian, etc. Most of the Qunari are in Seheron and beyond, the elves seem to be very few and spread thin, the dwarves are mostly underground split between two city-states (Orzammar and Kal-Sharok... I don't count Kal'Hirol since it's so new and relatively small). Population wise, having mostly human romances makes sense, as it also makes sense that most of the characters we see in the game are human.
