Just to be helpful, as I'm a victim myself of the issue, here's a mini-FAQ on EVERYTHING. Please look here before making many more million threads.
Problem: I purchased Dragon Age for PS3 and used a different e-mail than the one for my 360 Gamertag. I cannot get the Blood Armor to show up.
Solution: Call EA Support @ 1-605-628-1001 or go to support.ea.com/chat and wait in line

Problem: How do I activate the DLC?
Solution: For 360 users, redeem your code(s) through the menu bar on the left on this site. Turn your console on and it should activate.
For PC, I'm not certain but the option to download the content pops up once you redeem it, so that seems a logical answer.
Problem: Do I need to have the same e-mails for my XBL GT and the Bioware Social website?
Solution: Absoutely, this is CRUCIAL!
Problem: I linked my account through EA but now Cerberus isn't working?
Solution: I am still wondering this myself, and its the only reason I have not yet linked my gamertags together.

Couldn't this be solved by just registering a new account here with the email for your gamertag?






Also, you could just redeem your code on LIVE couldn't you ?
I mean, this is probably one of the most sever problems out there right now. It seems my bioware account and my XBOX account are different...so you could just register here again with the xbox account.... right?
