So today I downloaded ME3 after playing the demo just fine.

My Graphics card is supposedly WAY below minimum spec, but the game looks and plays great!

 

However, when I start up the full game, I can't get past the "Press Any Key" screen.

My mouse moves just fine, and it's the blue "Mass Effect" design, not the normal mouse, but keyboard input doesn't seem to be recognized. Really odd. Not to mention it makes it impossible to PLAY the game...>_<

 

This didn't happen in the Demo. ANY help is much appreciated!

This made me lol! XD

Anyway yeah, my old PC had a GPU which was below minimum spec as well, and it was also half broken. It served me well and played this game decently for more than a year before it started falling apart completely...

Figured it out. Needed to reinstall the Origin Client & disable Origin In-Game from the Properties tab of the game.

Everything (including Multiplayer) now works like a charm!

 

Sidenote: Got the Geth Juggernaut and N7 Eagle from the 2 starting Gift Packs, so...

After the last major Origin update, I had to switch from fullscreen to borderless window to make Origin in Game work.

 

OiG also has serious issues with many overlay programs like Fraps &c.

So, its definately a menace.

In borderless mode origin in game only works about 50% of the time for me. Really annoying.

Turn off in-game origin = profit! My minimum specs are below minimum and I play just fine. Play it on a separate monitor to get more frames from higher resolution.

I think everyone gets the Juggernaut in the starting packs now.  Don't use it too much at the beginning, or you will learn very bad habits.
