Cullen, only since I've wanted him in a prominent role since I first saw him run away from the chance at sex in Origins. He's come so far, I'm so proud of him.

 

And while at first I was a little sad to hear he wasn't a companion, I really liked his role anyways. And he did get banter too, you just had to be at the war table instead of on the field where the dialogue is pissy triggering (I, by far, got more war table banter than on the field banter). The banter after the Winter Ball about him being the pretty one of the four was hilarious.

Cole. Since I read Asunder, he's such an interesting character. Voice cast, 3d character design, everything is good about him.
