Is there a 2nd chance of recruiting Sera? Cause on the 1st time she was so anoying, but now I realized that I need her for trophy.

I don't think so. You only have one bat with recruitable companions, if you say no, they say bye bye. Maybe on your next PT? You can speak to her after her recruitement to get a grenade recipe (war table mission) and then ignore her.

Do what I did, recruit her, get the grenade recipe, do her march and get the agent there. By now she probably really mad at you so, in the follow up convo, let her leave.
