I made a dwarf and gave her the British voice but when I am in combat or doing other actions, jumping, riding a horse, her voice goes back to the default one. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix for it?

Weird.
I only had this problem if I customised Hawke (provided I used the other voice and not the default).
As for fixing it?
I suppose you'd have to wait for a patch... which in turn, needs a patch...
