I appear to have lost Blackwall, no idea where he's gone and I'm unable to select him for missions or whatever...
Most upsetting as he was my main warrior, had all the best armour & weapons.
So now I'm having to use Cassandra again.
(Gods she's annoying)
Can anyone help, tell me where he's gone?

Go to the stables friend, its time. There should be a note there use the search stuff and fine the note.

If you've finished Adamant and Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts then he will have left both your party and Skyhold. If you go to the barn there will be a messenger waiting just inside there. All you have to do is enter conversation with him and it'll open to a cut scene and you'll receive a note and then you'll get Revelations to find him.
