The thread was closed down and we were directed to something about the Cerberus Network.
That is NOT our issue (to my knowledge)
My game seems to connect to Cerberus Network just fine.
When I hit "New Game" or "Import" character it goes to "Loading" and hangs.

If I watch the Cinematic Intro - I can get through the loading - but then it will stutter in game and be unplayable.
We had a good thread detailing this issue - but it was locked as a duplicate (and the thread we were directed two was NOT our problem)

exactly bioware is misunderstanding the issue perhaps.
This occurs whether or not a user can connect to cereberus. Even if you omit it - when you go to create a new game the game locks up as soon as it cuts to the intro movie.

i have zero problems connecting to the Network, but I have yet to get past the 3rd frame of the loading movie after selecting New Game or Import (both cause to freeze at the same point; there are a series of numbers above the mass relay and I used them as a benchmark)
