I am getting notifications about people who like my posts but not when they quote me.

I know the obvious answer is to check my settings...which I have. I have all notifications turned on and even tried turning on getting emails when someone quotes me. But the only ones I get are when someone likes my post. Any help here?

If you have the following box checked under "Notification Options:"

 

 

And you didn't just receive a notification that I quoted you, then the problem is likely site-related, and you will have to wait until an admin staff member can look into it.

 

Otherwise, double-check to make sure you have that option clicked.

 

Note: According to the text, if you subscribe to the threads that you are quoted in, you will not receive a quote notification, regardless of whether you have the option checked.

I have both options checked and I do not auto subscribe to topics I've posted in. I don't get notified if I was subscribed to any replies anyways.

You'll probably have to have the issue resolved by admin, then, I suspect.

I too am having this problem.

 

Other notification weirdness includes new thread notifications appearing as 'начал тему' (Russian lol)
