Well, now that my favorite answer was taken with the very first reply...

 

I'd say if I had to pick a White Chantry Circle faction, it would be Aequitarians. Because why rock the boat? But still, I'd prefer to be in a Tevinter circle because they don't have silly superstitions that inhibit proper study.

In Tevinter? Not sure they have Fraternities. Imperial Loyalist? If I can choose to be born into an Altus or Laetan house, I would prefer a Laetan house, less baggage involved.

They can if they prove themselves. There will always be exceptions to the rule. It would benefit Tevinter to remember that rather than get mired in the circular logic of the south.
