Sometimes in cutscenes, my Inquisitor and other NPCs appear to have a light inside their head. Their teeth shines as if their is light behind them and their face/eyes look like when you have bright light behind skin.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? It doesn't pop up always, but when it does, it is annoying.
It's existed since Patch 2 and I noticed it with patch 3, too.

I'm on PS4 and during some cutscenes my character's lips turn white/shiny. If I'm playing as Qunari then her horns go the same way.
Need to put lip shine to zero at creation.
Pray for an in-game customizer to put it right.

Did you turned off the lip shine in CC (makeup section)?
