DA:I Most successful game launch ever for Bioware

Doesn't give sales figures but they have stated it is there most successful game launch title.

 

 

EA reports that revenue was down slightly however that could be due to the delay of Battlefield: Hardline and no Need for Speed title this year.

 

 

Also funny how people complain about EA releasing so many games to get peoples money but when they announced they delayed PGA golf and the Sims 4 expansion people are complaining about why they can't just put the game out.

 

 

But Congrats to Bioware for this milestone well deserved.

That works backward for games because they've actually gotten progressively cheaper. Each unit sold of a VG today is actually cheaper. So I assume they're using unit #s.

 

I don't know if they've gotten cheaper on the sticker, but price inflation hasn't been a huge factor in the cost of playing games. Relative to inflation the real cost has probably gone down though, so in that sense they are cheaper.
