Reasons they can aren't the same as reasons they will. Bioware has said they're basically done with the Warden. Accept that.
i accept bioware is doen with the warden just as much as i believe they QA'd this game thoroughly

I'm happy to be wrong then Charlie, I'd rather focus on the darkspawn and grey wardens than tevinter or the qunari.
I like my warden the most of the 3 PC's and the GW are my favorite group in DA but if every DA was nothing but my warden and the GW along with darkspawn I would happily drop this franchise in a minute.

What are you talking about man, they haven't done much with the darkspawn in TWO games.
Could work again
But I think the focus of DA4 will be further away from Dark Spawn unfortunately. I liked the darkspawn, brood mothers and the deeproads.. But we're probably doing something in tevinter or near it (Qunari lands)
Why don't you just replay DA:O? I'm sorry but darkspawn are boring and one-dimensional and I won't miss them in any future DA game.

Thats because their not worth doing anything with.
As long as he/she doesn´t sing I´m okay with it.

Because this is talking about DA4 buddy, like it or not they just concluded the "mage v templar" business and the divine. The only options they really have at this point is Tevinter and Qunari lands.
You claim that they are one dimensional but how so when they are tied with the old god spirits that are being harvested by the old hag? Chances are grey wardens / Darkspawn will be involved because of the foreshadowing of the game.

And that will be a game I will happily ignore despite my love for my warden. I simply just do not care about the darkspawn in any shape or form.

Fixed
Fun fact: I don't like the Inquisition and my prefered organization is the GW the only problem is that i couldn't care less about their main enemy. Nice try though.
Who would they then battle? No offense but they have no political allies.. A lot of people are giving them the stink eye. If not darkspawn the two kingdoms would probably banish them if not try to kill them all for what happened with the demons.Fun fact: I don't like the Inquisition and my prefered organization is the GW the only problem is that i couldn't care less about their main enemy. They have no allies at this point aside from the inquisition if they were allowed to stay.
I feel they really could use a redemption story of some kind for their stupid actions. There could be other ways to redeem them but they need something soon or else that's their legacy for good in thedas
I was actually hoping that the GW would become like what the inquisition is and fight demons and bad mages but Bioware decided to do something else and throw away a perfectly good organization for a pretty boring and annoying over religious one.

THIS, so much.
I was very disappointed with what they did to the GW this game. That's why I'm really pushing for something to happen that brings them back to some kind of relevance. They were never good or religious, they simply were there to do one thing, and keep the world from falling apart. I don't think they should have just been limited to darkspawn.

I'm pretty sure what was done to the GW was done to make the inquisition look somewhat competent. The attack on adement just made this more apparent with inquisition soldiers being able to kill GW so easily.
They should just pull a Diablo 2 and have the Warden come back as the possessed husk to an Old God, have him/her march the Wardens into Tevinter, start up a counter Inquisition and launch an Exalted March on you at behest of the Black Divine.
The tears would be palatable. ;p
Brings back good memories....
Might even play it again now that I finshed DAI.
here's hoping we get to meet the real duncan the next time we are in the fade :33

I'm playing it now, half the reason I'm saying all this... trying a playthrough with alistair as a warden so he'll appear with hawke in the fade. Loghain is an option too... I'm definitely going to see Loghain in inquisition, that is freaking awesome!
But I do miss my warden... like, all 6 of them.

You know, I could almost get behind this... it'd be dramatic, leliana and morrigan and all them would get their moment with the warden, and man, tough decisions would be had.
I'd rather fight my warden then never see any of them again. They all need endings.

You're crazy dude. Brood mothers, the architect, the magisters, the arch demons, the horde (which we know nothing about in their home territory)... they are the most interesting villains in the series. They're twisted and gross and have so much potential (and were so underused, not even a cutscene for regular darkspawn in inquisition).
The qunari had potential, now they're all pretty like elves with horns though, qunari like the arishok and even sten are long gone, I'm sad to say. That just leaves humans, and man, orlais didn't blow my mind with their one screen city and the bad french accents and funny masks.
The real threat is the darkspawn, hands down.

Qunari didn't feel really, qunari like.. Granted, we see two.. But not only was the appearance very human like in this game, but, the personality just didn't match.. IB was rather alive and had a personality, where as the Arishok and the other Qunari were stoic, like Sten.

Because all Qunari everywhere must have the same exact personality?

The Qun dictates it
But no, they do not require it. He just felt very, humanoid, for someone that lived in the Qun.
Wardens and darkspawn are my least favourite thing about Dragon Age so the less to do with them the better.
I'd rather have a villain with a personality than generic evil orc army.
Plus why redo what we've already seen. I want something new, like the Elvhen Gods or Tevinter.
