And I am only half-kidding. Seriously, can Bioware make it so that the Req Officer doesn't interrupt conversations/interrupt at all? It should be based on player choice and whether we want to interact with the officer. She has ruined too much banter and honestly power-wise we don't need her much. I only did 2 quests and still had 120++ extra at end-game.

Rather than kill, a punch option would be nice. Don't want people locked out of acquiring power points through requisitions.

How about we see in the background someone -- scout Harding, one of the companions, anonymous solider -- spot the requisitions officer heading in the inquisitor's direction and cut her off, stop her from interrupting.... you know, like Iron Bull just crosses his arms over his chest and shakes his head, and the req. officer gets a 'I'll-go-find-something-else-to-do' look on her face.

This would please me greatly. She was the only person in all of Inquisition I really wanted to murderknife. NO I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE ANY MORE TAPESTRIES, GO AWAY  .

You could just not recruit Cole, Sera, Dorian and Vivienne? They're all optional. (The ability to send Mother Giselle away later in the game would be nice for roleplaying purposes, however, although I have no problem with the character.)

....orrrr they could just have them not ambush you will Eternal Errands, so you specifically seek them out. They're !'d on the map already, after all.

But yeah, they're the worst. First thing I do now is run away from them. As far as possible.

You can simply not recruit four of those, you know.

I'm still looking for the ability to send her and Sera off on a secret mission to some far, far, far, far off corner of Thedas and reconnoiter the area undercover for about, I don't know, a decade.

Now I understand why BioWare is taking a safer way out in their games... Some people are sooo sick on these boards. I know some of them are joking and aren't real serial killers, but the mentality of wanting to kill everything is just sickening. You want to play a thug? Play GTA. Dragon Age: Origins allowed us to take a more evil route, so did DA2. DA:I however is more about fixing the world than destroying it and I can see why they took that route.

Well, requesting "silencing" certain characters is not that uncommon and as you said, in DAO you had plenty of options. You could either murder or send away your entiner party by the end game, you could kill various NPCs throughout the game. In BG2 you could just spawn a demon in the middle of the city and watch it wreck havoc. But what was the most ridiculous thing I saw on these forums were requests for rape, like seriously what the hell. Luckily that thread was locked.

Come to think about it. The motto is 'Lead them or fall' Can you actually fall? Like really fall, letting the big bad evil win?

Oh, and thread related: Yes please! Slap, kill or maybe a DA version of 'fus-ro-dah' in her face ;)

If I am unlucky, she sometimes talks to me immediately after fast travel.

I honestly don't know why we couldn't finish the requisitions once we got through them once, why they had to repeat (well I somehow managed this in Emerald Graves, but it was probably bugged). It is not like power was hard to come by. I did 20 or 30 of them and by the end game I had like 350+ power.

Sorry for OT

There is one time you can fail and actually get game over. And that is if you let your noble approval bar during the ball drop to 0, so they'll throw you out of the palace and Cory succeeds with his plan to bring Orlais down :)

All those Chantry fools in Haven too, "Speak only the word, speak only the Chant." Shut up. They talk over all of the ambient discussions which are 1000x more interesting.

If by "fixing the world" you mean siding with one side of a war and completely wiping out the other and leaving horrible leaders in power, then.

I agree with being able to remove the officer! LOL

I also sometimes feel the urge to turn on friendly fire and batter the hell out of my party members when they get in the way of doors, or knock me off narrow ledges >_<
