Will re-spec cards make an apearance in DAMP?

With DAMP each character has access to even more abilities which in theory provides us as players with even more options. The problem i'm finding is that (for me at least) it takes far longer than in ME3 to lvl up.
While I understand that Bioware want to reward a player for promoting, I cant help but feel that by not having re-spec cards will only be detrimental in terms of our ability to experiment. This game is still relatively new so i'm still hoping that we get re-spec cards in the future (I cant remember if ME3 had re-spec cards to begin with or was brought in later on?)

I'd rather have a solid explaination of the stats involved (As in a complete disclosure) so that we can help them test as a community.
Once we have solid information, we can act accordingly when planning builds.

I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult for Bioware to add in The Tactician's Renewal amulet from single player. Additionally you could potentially dismantle for components if you don't plan to use it, which would deter the complaints that led to limiting you to carrying only three respec cards in ME3MP.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind this also. IIRC, this is something the community specifically requested for ME3MP, since we also had to level up to 20 and promote. Promoting in ME3MP was driven by e-peen and adding to Galactic Readiness in ME3SP.
However the one thing DAMP does, that ME3MP did not, is to increase attributes per promotion. DAMP does provide some motivation towards promoting. That said, I still would love to have re-spec to try different builds without having to constantly promote. This will in no way take away my desire to promote though, knowing we are receiving a benefit from doing so.

The increase to attributes is nice, but i'm not really interested in force Promotions. A simple method of quickly respeccing a character without having to go back to square one would be my pfefered choice. I'm sure there are others who think the same way,but thats not say that the current promotion method should be changed. Its clear that a lot of people are willing to put time and effort into promotingYeah, I wouldn't mind this also. Lazy bums, work hard, promote and start over. the yutes these days, always want things handed to them on a silver platter, entitlement I say! Back in my day we played games in which you would have to work for hours....just to get one spare life and them BOOM! that life is taken away by a boss. Then back to the beginning of the game. did we whine and bellyache!? No sirree we didn't my old man would cuff me across the ears if I as much as complained about how tough a sub boss was. It built character, that's what it did.
So in short, no respec cards for you you lily livered, namby pamby, ****** fighting, mommas boy.

I sure hope so. I can't see myself promoting for too much longer. Currently at 16/20/16 and it is getting to feel like a grind

Nevertheless I would like to see re-spec cards on DAMP (who wouldn't) but I bet we won't be seeing them. We know Bioware has its own 'great ideas' when it comes to DAMP, which includes distancing itself both from the community and ME3.

I think respec cards would work better with more characters in the game. Maybe after a DLC or two?

You guys that have not tried the SP are missing out. One of my top ten favs in the SP department. It's like MP on roids.
I've tried the SP with 3 different characters and it just bores me to death. Just no desire to slog through it. DAMP is where it's at for me.

I'm willing to pay gold for the Tactician's Renewel Amulet, or crafting materials to create it, or farm for in MP.

if characters had 100 levels...maybe 50 I could understand respec cards...especially if promoting didn't give attributes, but seriously...come on. It not hard to hit 20 at all.
It seems like a lot of you never leave routine and thats why you level so slow. Once you get a few items you should be a god at level 1 in there and be bored.

Play the game and get xp. It might take 10 games of threatening to hit 20. I doubt even that many. I know if you have friends what will carry you it takes 1 perilous to hit 11-12 try that.

So your solution is to leach off friends? And 11 Threatening games to get 1 character to 20 proves my point. Not everyone has the luxury to play that many games at a time
