The problem isn't promoting, the problem is getting high level rare and unique equipment so you can jump up to a higher difficulty level. Yeah, getting a unique isn't difficult, I just got one today. Unfortunately, it was only level 11. Outclassed by even high level commons.
Will re-spec cards make an apearance in DAMP?
