While true about the songs part I feel your post is very.. Bitey.
The Op complained and I bit back. I feel like being bitey today.

Should I take that with a wary expression? I tend to make a lot of assuming posts you know.. I like my unbitten status!
nah not that post
Well, I understand. Bioware communication is absolute crap on this game.
We : "We can't play at all..."
Bio : "Yeah! We are GOTY"
We : "Still can't play..."
Bio : "Look at the wonderful cake!"
We : "Still waiting..."
Bio : "We are going to vacations! So long!"
We : "Did you see all the bugs we posted about in your official forum?"
Bio : "Multiplayer DLC! Yeah!"
We : *post deleted on facebook*
Bio : "And now, the long awaited bard songs!"
We : *Posts deleted on facebook*
That was amazingly spot on in fact Keitaro...
Actually, I was thinking about getting Skyrim for the console, since it was released for the xbox360, I take it I shouldn't?

I had very few issues with it on the 360, personally. Can't speak for the PS3.
The programmers and the rest of the dev team were not suddenly told "Stop working and upload those songs". Either someone at EA did it or the teams that worked on the music did it.
If they didnt release the songs there would be no news for you to complain about.
Cry me a river. And do go bite someone else, we're all already rabid here.

You're the one complaining. It's not as if not releasing the songs would speed up work. Although perhaps I should be on the podium too. COmplaining about how Origin refuses to update the game and the advice given to me to clean boot was useless.

Welcome to the Ignore list. I don't mind trolling, but sarcasm is not acceptable. Take your attitude elsewhere.

I asked because of :
It's not that I hate last-gen, is that Skyrim happened on last-gen and I've been cautious ever since.
and I was wondering why he has such a strong reaction, since I too had heard that it was well-accepted for the xbox360, as you said too.

Just love it on 360. Some issues with some quests (The companion main quest give some serious problems : everybody find you sick after that even if you are healthy!)
I played Skyrim on PS3 and for me it was a nightmare after they released the last DLCs and patches. So I gave up and uninstalled the whole thing. It will probably run better on 360.

Playable? Also, question, do you have the expasion as well? The one with the housing? I heard there were some issues with that one, is it true?

I'm not sure it's just sarcasm, I get a strong "I don't care" and "I need to show off" attitude from that person every time they open their mouth. Never helpful, always mean.

thanks, yeah that's what I heard too, there were issues after the housing DLC etc.

Well, prime candidate for the ignore list, then, don't you think? ![]()
Except people did ask for Bard songs. So it's not like this was completely unwanted.
Asides from the fact that throwing together and album is WAY easier than fixing a glitch, so I'm not even sure one can make the assumption that this took away from resources which is the impression I'm getting from some of the people bemoaning this.
So I'm sorry whatever issues you're experiencing haven't been fixed yet, but this particular complaint doesn't seem overly constructive
.

Yeah, it is enjoyable. You can play the way you want. Want to be the king of the thiefs? Just do it! Want to be a criminal ? It works. Want to be chiefs of an elite of assassins? They are waiting for you! Want to follow dark rites of forbidden gods? You can!
The housing had some funny glitches, like your chambellan try to mine iron by flying 2 meter over the ground. It is the only DLC I take so don't know about the rest.
Except people did ask for Bard songs. So you're incorrect saying no one wanted this.

I didn't say noone asked for this. Please, stop doing this, you've done it in several other posts as well, putting words in my mouth that I didn't say, and it's not something I cherish, as I have to answer assumptions and figurative speech. Neither did I say that it was easy or difficult, I never mentioned that. And to answer what you said, you could at least have read this response I already gave:

And yes, you're right about one thing, this post is EXTREMELY ill spirited. More like foul-and-rotten-mood spirited.

Played it on the PC for sometime, but it's a good game for the console, I think the handling would be alot better on console, so I decided to get it some time.
Yeah sure, the songs are great, but as OP stated, we never asked for it!
And to go twirling around on twitter with your pink tutu, Mr Laidlaw, pretending to be such a saint for listening and delivering what your fans are asking for, to your own credit...that is bullshit!
You're in total denial, dude!
I don't even like those bard songs that much, anyway. In the game I wanted to many times tell the bard to please, please be quiet, especially when having a conversation with someone.
But I guess it's great for those who do like them.

I've edited my original post, as I did see I made assumptions, so I apologize for that. That being said, I still don't think along the same line of thought. And if I have done this to you in the past...I don't recall it. So sorry?

Accepted, it's just that I much prefer justifying what I actually said than what I didn't lol! As I said earlier, you don't have to agree. Not a prerequisite from my end.
It's not like releasing the songs (and they are awesome I have to add) distracted them from patching the game.
That is not the point.
It is about where their FOCUS lies. Laidlaw should be tweeting about what they are doing to resolve issues with the game, not about how awesome he is for giving away 10 tunes that we've already heard a million times.
