I vote it 5/10 btw. I'm just gonna go through every twist I can remember even if they're not very popular just for the heck of it.

Was it even a twist? It was crystal clear that something or someone controls the colonists. I suppose the revelation of a huge plant was not really expected though. 2/10 for me

Benezia was not as surprising as that asari "doctor". When talking to Benezia for the first time I assumed she just lies to stall Shepard. But then the game played along and pieces of indoctrination picture started to come together.
