Which one would that be?

 

I used to have a Bioware account since Neverwinter Nights, this is also the one I had then morphed or linked to Mythic Entertainment.

That one got morphed or linked to EA and I still have correspondence about Warhammer subscriptions related to it.

That EA account is lost, together with some games like RedAlert3 and Warhammer Online.

 

EA then got morphed into Origin. I created a new Origin account a couple of years ago (2011) to apply for the Beta of KOTOR and then used it to get help from EA for the Dragon Age Origins version I bought on Steam, because Steam ha[d|s] no support for that game and they ask you to contact EA/Origin.

 

I now buy all my Dragon Age related content with the Origin ID and dropped Steam.

 

Everywhere on Bioware Social I logon with this Origin ID.

 

What is now a Bioware Account to logon to https://www.biowarestore.com ?

The BioWare store has their own user database so you would need to create a new account.
