Forgot one, Druffalo are the best.
I love how the Druffalo has no problem jumping up on the rail to get you, but when sword guy gets up there it just stands there, like he forgot what it just did. WAI? 
I like Druffalos as far as ancillary opponents go, also giants. Those rhino things though....ugh. They run you over and then just keep goring you until your dead.
I also invariably find that on any game where I decide to start off solo waiting for others to join they have a mega beast in the 1st room waiting for me.

If you ever upload to YouTube, quick tip. When you upload a video sometimes they'll show a message saying "your video looks a bit shaky. should we fix it for you?". Do not say yes to that. They do some weird stuff to the video which warps some sections. Had to re-upload some because of this.

Probably a tough one from XB (haven't tried yet). Any "Xbox record that" clips I record on XB I upload to OneDrive as well. Most of what I record though is captured on my laptop. I edit/convert the vid to AVI (from MP4) and upload manually from laptop to YouTube.
