I've been asked to post this on Penguin's behalf as a last message. To the moderators: the video doesn't discuss moderation at all, as you can see from the transcript.

TRANSCRIPT:
Hello everyone,
Last update on this topic I promise.
So, this morning I took a look on the bioware social network and I have to say that I am very impressed. I see that there is multiple developers from bioware commenting and discussing how best to manage developer fan interaction.
I also noticed that among the responses, a few people are still dwelling on some of the comments made to myself on my original thread, aswell as using my name alongside complaints. I would like to please ask you to stop. Let the past rest. I am no longer a part of the bioware forums as a contributor, and thats fine. Im not angry, outraged or upset by it. In truth, I am glad, because it was not bringing out the best in me. I dont hold any resentment, infact I am very happy that the team over at Bioware are finally opening up communication lines for us. There is a phrase, the night is darkest before the dawn, and I think that this is really the case here.
Now, firstly, I want to address Amelia, who was very much a centerpiece of my initial thread. One thing I think many of us forgot in the heat of the moment, myself included, was that Amelia is not a community manager and had no obligation to post the things that she did. She is a programmer who volunteered her time into this community.
I want to take this opportunity to apologize specifically to you Amelia, if you are watching this. I understand that some of my comments made in frustration were offensive to yourself and your colleagues and for that, I am sorry.
Secondly, I would like to address Allan Schumacher, QA analyst at bioware, who stepped in to fray to try and calm things down. Ill just say that you have much bigger balls than I do, because I wouldn't have touched that thread with a 10 foot pole. I think I speak for all of us when I say that you have made a very large impact on this community and are helping steer the ship in a very positive direction.
Lastly, I want to address Bioware, the fans of their work and the community as a whole. I think we are all in agreement that we all want this game to work, because lets face it, its pretty ****** awesome. I think that this is a great time for us all to start fresh with a clean slate with each other, and hopefully we will look back on this game and its developers with a fond memory, similar to how we look back at the mass effect 3 multiplayer dev team currently.
As for me, ill keep doing what im doing. I will still continue playing this game and ill still continue making content for it providing at least 1 person is willing to watch it. You can find everything I do on my youtube channel, on reddit and hopefully here on BSN, if I can bribe someone to post it on my behalf.
Thanks for watching,
Goodbye
