Didn't know where to post this.
So during combat, health, stamina, and mana are all displayed.
When I am not in combat, they are not showing up until I engage in a combat.
Is there a setting to display them all the time?
Can you display health outside of combat?

Uncertain, but if you place it in Tac-Cam mode, I believe it appears.

It sounds like your interface settings have your HUD set to "Contextual." You want to change that to "Always On."

You were missing all the fun of getting to see Cass and Solas lose their health as they tripped over rocks. 
Cause believe me, they are killing themselves back there...so very clumsy.

If you want to see the exact numbers, hit P and go to the Attributes tab, then scroll down to the Defensive section.
