Hello I'm having my quest samsons weakness show in busy, and I don't know what to do, also lady who made people work in quarry. She's not at her house. I Haven't looked up a fix any help?

The mayor that sent her people to the quarry is a contention issue -even if you don't find her there should be a quest on the war table to do so and then you have to rule judgment on her actions. Check the table if the timing is off, or the throne sometimes just waiting works, if not load the previous save and try to get to her immediately after you free the laborers.
Sampsons quest requires Cullen be free to perform it, make sure no personal quests are active or any war table quest involve him -then it should work.
