First post here..so I do apologize if this is the wrong location.
When trying to upload my DA:O character, I get a Unable to connect to the online storage server error message. This is causing me issues in getting my first character into the Dragon Age keep. I have already tried suggestions from here:

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

judging from your post i'm guessing that you're trying to upload a new character from cc, correct me if i'm wrong. did you by any chance logged into your account in da2 before doing so in dao?

Unfortunately that's what happened. I heard that can cause issues. Is there any way to currently fix this? Thanks for the help!

yeah i'm afraid i wont be much help either since we're practically on the same boat here. this happens because da2 generates a persona name which is too long for dao, and for some reason the long name causes syncing problem when sending data from dao. (they both send data to the same persona). there's more about it here:

apparently they are developing a script that they can run to fix this (or is it finished? i dunno) but no word about that so far. also some had this problem before and had it fixed after sending a pm to the bsn mods. it can be hard to reach them though. i myself am still waiting to have my persona name trimmed. maybe you can try sending one to them.
other than that there's nothing more i can say to help sorry to say. but on the bright side, you can always just change the names of one of the default heroes in the keep. you only upload the portrait of your custom hero to the keep and not face data, so you can still enjoy dai playing the world state with the warden bearing your name of choice.
personally though, i too would prefer my wardens being uploaded to the keep. 
so lets hope they'll fix this soon.
