I have been searching the forums and the internet for hours and I haven't found an answer that worked so I am sorry for posting something like this again.
I go to my registered game promotions and it shows that i have redemed my terminus armor and my blood dragon armor and I can't download them on my xbox 360 copy of mass effect 2. I don't know if my bioware account is connected to my gamertag or not and I have no clue how to check if it is or not.
PLEASE HELP!!!

i have the same problem my account is linked to different ea account which i made awhile back and i want to remove it and move it to my new account but apperently ea decided not to let ppl remove personas from old out of date accounts. sounds silly to me

I am sorry this might of been a good idea but this is too confusing and if I can't fix the problem I might have to my the network.....Bioware why could you not just use a wavecard so we can just do this from the 360....

i ordered in my 3 codes online. spazzed when i realized it didnt work. from my xbox dashboard switched the email to the one for my account im currently posting with. the ea website says my "persona" is already in use which it isnt because ive never signed up with ea before. and when prompted to enter the code by the game it says code in use. i have no idea what to do

no they arent wasted codes. You have to call or live chat them to link your gamertag to the email you used when you ented the codes. However good luck getting through. I been on hold for 2 hours, going on 3. You might have to wait a day or 2 when it calms down.

Been on hold both in chat and on the phone for over 20 minutes now...... I've been waiting so long for this game and this situation sucks. :'( Is there anything magical with this Cerberus Network thing anyway? If there's important free DLC then I'll wait to start with it, otherwise I'll start with out it.

I have redeemed codes for years on x-box live, But this is the most complicated mess of crap I have ever went through to redeem something I've already payed for.

same probs here but my prob is that my collectors edition armor and rifle and my inferno armor is somehow downloaded to my PC and not my Xbox 360. my account is linked to ea's website but how do i link it to bioware's website. Im also on hold as of his minute and its been just about 18 minutes now that im on hold
