Who is going to take over making really in-depth guides? Is he banned forever? Surely he isn't? He was such an outstanding helpful community member...
Edit: i do not care for the business between him and the dev.
I just want to know why he is banned and how long.

In all honesty this shouldn't be a subject. The forum isn't the place to discuss member bans. It wasn't in the ME3MP forum and I have no doubt it isn't here. It's between the banner and the bannee, not us.

Permaban. You can't come back from those apparently...
Ah, he received a perma ban? well damn it. I love how all his guides are still up lol.

There is many better people who make guides and don't convey the negativity about the game on these forums that Penguin did.

Who knows? I hope so, and in a better head space, but it's not my place to figure that out. I just don't want to see more people being banned for an issue we have no control over. Bans stir up strong emotions in the community.
Addendum: I would think you could communicate with him through his YouTube channel. I have no idea what it is, just that he had one, but there may be others who do.

He was just banned from this forum, which is probably for the best for both sides. He can still post great contents through other platform if he chooses to and I hope he will. I can tell he has great passion for this game.

His guides are helpful and since he was banned - rather than outright deleted/purged - that means his helpful threads/posts are still intact rather than gone forever. Which is a nice thing. We had someone in the ME3MP forum who had done some helpful threads that were in my ME3MP Resource Library, who then decided to flip out and post very crude things as his avatar, and his account had to be utterly nuked. Which meant the good threads disappeared. It was understandable, but a sad day and folks scrambled to reassemble the good info.
That's all I'll say. Talking about bans or those who are banned is against forum policy and a good way to end up temporarily banned yourself.

I just saw him post like a day or 2 ago AFTER his 2 day ban which I already didn't understand...what is going on? How is this true?
This seems incorrect to me.

Who cares
Ban this whole board and nobody would miss it
It's nothing but a cesspool of blame for dev failures anyways

BWAHAHHAHAHAHAHA, poor saladfingers
I doubt it, without the forums to push is videos he'll move on to more lucrative games that will get him more views

As I PM'd you that other thread if you read between the lines was a polite jab at dev failures.
I'm following through with the 1-2 now
