Aw yea I hate that. Medium rare has the perfect amount of warmth, juiciness, tenderness... Watching that knife slide past that perfect brown layer, with just the right amount of char... the cool pink center greeting you, and you can already feel the perfect chewiness before you even take that first bite...

 

And then you take that first bite... and it's everything you expected it to be and more. Mmmmm. Steak.

 

If you are attempting to either make me sad or very hungry right now, its working. Theres a new place just on the other side of the river that has really good meat but the chances of me being able to get over there and order a steak are so slim I have a better shot of stealing one off your grill.

15$ ferry boat fee to even get there with a car I'm not really allowed to use and gas and whatever the high price is for the steak. Not something someone on a tight budget can really do.

A fatty but excellent cut if it's prepared and cooked well.

Screw the Dalish, BW should start including Chantry sister slaughters, maybe blowing up more chantries (in honor to Anders), no other group in the entire series deserves a good genocide than the goddamn chantry. An operation: "find Anders and get recepie for explosive

used on chantry" would be great, that way you can properly equip yourself with something that has been PROVEN to work against the chantry.
