Ep4 hype?

 

A Thursday release seems odd but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

The Trailer gives me some kind of Silent Hill vibe. I like it.

Interesting trailer. I suppose Chloe is still crippled, so Max will have to do most things solo. So the trailer is supposed to hint that people are slowly disappearing from town?

Max's outfit seems to be her normal one rather than the new timeline.  So I'm thinking original, or one that's only slightly altered.

Edit: Looked at the trailer now and it didn't strike me as Silent Hill esque at all - It looks tense though.

don't think Max's outfit is an indicator of a timeline. If it was in the new one, she could've easily switched back into a jeans/tshirt/hoodie getup.

I refuse to watch the trailer. With a roughly two hour episode, even two minutes are bound to have some spoilers.

 

I caved in with DAI, though, and watched that prologue stream right before release, though... (and then throroughly enjoyed the ever lasting hell out of the prologue anyway when playing it myself)

Not just punching, He knocked him down with a god damn headbutt! Krogan Warren.

Well, he didn't show much fear in Episode 1 either.

 

Now he just appears to be more effective.

I always succumbed to this game's undenying charm, despite of a long list of criticisms that make me worry that the story will fall apart once it starts building towards a finale, but I'm not gonna lie. There was something truly heartwarming about episode 3 that just hooked me, and now it's finally become one of those games that I almost can't wait to get.

I have a major problem!
What flavor of pop would go good with light salted chips while playing the new episode?!
And are there any support groups i can join when finishing the 4th episode?

I bloody love this game. One of the best I have played I think, in over, what, 27 years of playing games?

 

What's even better is that my gf (partner? We've been together 6 years and have a baby girl, when does she transition into partner?) is also enjoying and she normally hates games in general (exceptions: Limbo and Gone Home).

 

Can't wait for Episode 4.
