I'm not sure what to do, I get into his offices at Synthetic Insights and go over to were the plot point is on the map/radar and nothing happens. It says your supposed to use the computer but there's no blue circle indicating that I can activate this. I'm playing an infiltrator and have a 4 or 5 dots in decryption currently.

I am guessing your problem is that you are downstairs. Go upstairs and look for it.
